Personalised Cufflinks FAQ
Ordering personalised cufflinks
These are the questions customers most often ask before uploading a design or placing an order. If your question is not covered, contact the Cornwall workshop before ordering.
What image quality do I need?
Use the largest, clearest original file you have. Avoid screenshots or images copied from social media where possible, because those files are often compressed.
How does mix-and-match pricing work?
One to four pairs cost £40 each with shipping included. When your basket reaches five pairs across any designs, every pair is £15 and one £5 shipping charge applies.
Can I mix different designs in one bulk order?
Contact us before ordering if you need several designs in one order. We will confirm whether the quantity and artwork can be combined.
Can I order just one pair?
Yes. One to four pairs cost £40 each with shipping included.
Are the cufflinks gift boxed?
Yes. Each order is supplied gift boxed.
Will I receive a proof?
The on-page preview is the proof for positioning and crop. If we spot a clear production problem, we will contact you before making the order.
Does the preview show the final crop?
Yes. Drag and zoom your image until both cufflinks show the crop you want. Small colour differences can occur between a screen and a printed item.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How much is delivery?
Shipping is included for one to four pairs. At five or more total pairs across any designs, one £5 UK shipping charge applies.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is made to order in our Cornwall workshop. We do not promise a fixed dispatch time; contact us before ordering if you have a date-sensitive event.
Can I return personalised cufflinks?
Made-to-order personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item is faulty, damaged or wrong, report it within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can remake or refund it.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Contact us with your order number. We will check the tracking and handle any Royal Mail claim before arranging the appropriate next step.
