About these terms

Personalised Cufflinks is operated by KF Online Ltd from Tresprison Industrial Estate, Helston, Cornwall. These terms apply when you use the website or place an order.

Your design

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photograph, logo, name, piece of artwork or other material you upload. You remain responsible for the content of your design and for any intellectual-property, privacy or other rights connected with it.

We may refuse or cancel an order containing material that we reasonably believe is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, infringing or unsafe to reproduce. If we refuse before production, we will refund the affected payment.

Preview and production

You are responsible for checking the crop, orientation, spelling and design shown in the preview before ordering. Screen colours can differ slightly from printed colours. Each item is made to order, so minor production variations are not necessarily faults.

Price, payment and delivery

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and Royal Mail delays are outside our direct control, although we will handle valid loss or delay claims.

Returns and liability

Personalised goods cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
