Who controls your data

KF Online Ltd, Tresprison Industrial Estate, Helston, Cornwall, operates Personalised Cufflinks and is the data controller for customer information handled through this website.

What we collect and why

We collect the contact, delivery and order information needed to make and deliver your cufflinks, answer enquiries and meet our legal accounting obligations. We process this information to perform our contract with you and, where relevant, to meet legal obligations or legitimate business interests.

Uploaded images are stored securely so the workshop can produce your order and resolve any quality issue. They are not used for advertising or unrelated products. We delete uploaded production images when they are no longer reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer support or a legal claim.

Services we use

Stripe processes payment information; KF Online Ltd does not receive your full card number. Resend delivers transactional order and dispatch emails. Optional analytics only loads after you select Accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you decline, analytics is not loaded.

Service providers process data under their own security and privacy terms and only for the services they provide to us.

Your UK GDPR rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection where the relevant UK GDPR right applies. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time.
