Leaving school is one of the first big transitions in a young person's life, and the traditional mementoes do not always survive it. When you upload artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may decline artwork we can't print lawfully. A design created by the students themselves, a photograph they took, or simple lettering with the leaving year all belong to the people who made them, so they need no outside approval.

Organising a year-group order

Pricing is straightforward. One to four pairs are £40 each with shipping included. From five pairs in total, every pair is £15 and one £5 shipping charge covers the whole order. Thirty leavers would pay £455 altogether, sixty would pay £905, and a year group of one hundred and twenty would pay £1,805. There are no further tiers and nothing to negotiate, so the price per head is fixed from the start.

A few habits keep large orders calm. Collect names, houses and roles through a simple online form, and set a firm cut-off date well ahead of the ball. Check spellings carefully if any design includes individual names. Where a parents' association is covering part of the cost from a summer fair or quiz night, agree the budget before anyone is asked to pay.
