Personalised Conference & Corporate Event Cufflinks
The conference gift that leaves with the delegates
Most conference goody bags are emptied into the hotel bin before checkout. Personalised conference cufflinks travel home instead. Print your event branding, the conference year or the host city skyline on a square cufflink with a polished, silver-coloured finish, and give a pair to the keynote speaker, the panel, your VIP delegates or the crew who kept the whole programme running. The same approach suits product launches, gala dinners and company kick-offs. Preview each design on both cufflinks before ordering, mix several designs in one basket, and from 5 pairs pay £15 a pair, gift boxed and made in Cornwall.

Every pair is £15 once the basket reaches five pairs, plus one £5 shipping charge. One to four pairs are £40 each with shipping included.
Stands out from the lanyard pile
Delegates collect pens, notebooks and tote bags at every event. A gift boxed pair of cufflinks feels considered, and it gets worn at the next meeting that matters.
A design for every role
Speaker, Chair, Crew and Delegate can each have their own design under the same conference branding, all in one basket at the same £15 a pair.
Easy to fit into an event budget
From 5 pairs every pair is £15, plus one £5 shipping charge per order. Forty VIP delegates cost £605, so the line on your budget sheet is simple to calculate.
Light to carry, easy to hand over
Small gift boxes fit in a speaker pack or a registration bag, and they need no extra wrapping at the green room door.
Use cases
Keynote speakers and panellists
Speakers often waive a fee or travel a long way for a forty-minute slot. A pair printed with the conference logo and year, handed over in the green room, is a thank-you they can wear on the next stage they step onto.
Session chairs and moderators
The person keeping each session to time does a thankless job with a stopwatch and a smile. A small set marked Chair under the event branding recognises them without the fuss of a separate gift for every name.
VIP and sponsor delegates
Add a boxed pair to the welcome pack for guests at the partner lounge or the sponsors' dinner. It signals that their attendance mattered, and it is far more likely to be kept than another branded water bottle.
Product launch guests
Launching a new product, service or brand? Put the launch artwork or the product itself on the cuffs and give a pair to the journalists, partners and early customers who were in the room when the covers came off.
Gala dinners and black-tie evenings
A corporate gala is exactly the occasion for cufflinks. Leave a boxed pair at each place setting on the top tables, printed with the gala name and the date, so every guest takes a small piece of the evening home.
Event crew and volunteers
Registration staff, stewards, AV technicians and the events team work from before dawn until the last taxi leaves. A pair each marked Crew and the event year is a proper thank-you at the post-show debrief.
Beyond the lanyard and the tote bag
Every conference organiser knows the ritual. Months of planning go into the programme, the venue and the catering, and then the delegate bag is filled with a pen, a notebook, a phone stand and a leaflet from each exhibitor. Almost all of it is forgotten by the time the train pulls out of the station.
Conference cufflinks are a deliberately different kind of gift. They are not handed to everyone who walks through the door; they go to the people you most want to thank or impress. Because they are printed with your own event artwork, they carry the name of your conference into boardrooms, client dinners and weddings for years afterwards. A speaker who wears them at another event is, in a small way, still talking about yours.
Speakers, chairs and the people on stage
Speakers are the obvious place to start. Many keynotes and panellists give their time for little or nothing, and a bottle of wine in the green room has become a cliché. A boxed pair of cufflinks printed with the conference logo and the year feels more personal, and it fits easily in a laptop bag for the journey home.
Think about everyone who appears on stage over the course of the event. That usually includes the keynote speakers, breakout session leaders, panel members, session chairs and the host who links the day together. Giving them all the same speaker design is simple, but a set of role designs can be more fun: Keynote, Panel and Chair under the same branding, so each person has a pair that records what they did.
Launches, galas and company kick-offs
Not every corporate event is a conference. The same idea works for:
- Product launches, where the product photograph or launch artwork becomes the design, given to the partners, press and early customers who attended.
- Gala dinners, with the gala name and date printed on a pair left at each seat on the top tables.
- Sales kick-offs and company conferences, where the theme of the year or the conference slogan goes on the cuffs for the leadership team and presenters.
- Opening events for a new office, factory or showroom, with a photograph of the building or the ribbon being cut.
- Anniversary celebrations, when a business marks twenty-five or fifty years with a dinner for staff, partners and long-standing customers.
Delegates and VIP packs
For a large conference, a pair for every delegate is usually more than the budget allows, and it would make the gift feel ordinary. A better approach is to choose a group: VIP delegates, the sponsors' guests, the delegates who travelled furthest or attendees at the invitation-only dinner. Placing a gift box in their welcome pack says the organisers noticed them personally.
Some events use cufflinks as a returning delegate gift. Anyone attending for the fifth year in a row receives a pair with the conference logo and the word Fifth, a small reward for loyalty that encourages them to come back for a sixth.
Awards within a conference are another natural fit. If your programme includes a poster prize, a best paper award or a recognition for the most helpful exhibitor, a pair of cufflinks printed with the conference logo and the prize name makes a neat addition to the certificate. For a full evening ceremony with categories, judges and a host, our awards night page covers that in more detail.
Internal events deserve the same thought. At a company conference, the people presenting to their colleagues are often nervous first-time speakers who have spent weeks rehearsing. Recognising them with the same speaker design given to outside keynotes treats their contribution as equally important, and it tends to be remembered long after the slides are forgotten.
Working out the numbers
Budgeting is straightforward because there is only one bulk price. Smaller orders of one to four pairs cost £40 a pair, delivery included. Once your basket reaches 5 pairs in total, across any number of designs, every pair is £15, with one £5 shipping charge for the order.
- Eight speakers at a one-day conference: 8 pairs, £125.
- Twelve crew and eight speakers, two designs: 20 pairs, £305.
- Forty VIP delegates at a sponsors' dinner: 40 pairs, £605.
- A three-day conference covering speakers, chairs, crew and VIPs: 60 pairs across four designs, £905.
The £15 price is the same at every quantity above five, and there is nothing extra to pay for using several designs in a single order. For a finance team, that means the cost can be checked on a calculator in seconds: number of pairs multiplied by £15, plus £5.
Planning around your event timeline
Events have fixed dates, so build the cufflinks into your production schedule rather than leaving them until the final week, when everyone is busy with printing badges and confirming the running order. The artwork is usually ready early, since the conference logo and year are settled long before the programme is complete. That means the cufflinks can be one of the first items ticked off.
Think about how the pairs will reach the right people. Speaker gifts are easiest to hand over in the green room or at the speakers' briefing. VIP gifts can go in the welcome packs at registration. Crew pairs are best saved for the debrief, when the event is over and everyone can relax. If there is a chance of extra speakers being added late, order a couple of spare pairs of the general design.
Design ideas for corporate events
Logo and year. The classic choice, and ideal if your event runs annually and you want the cufflinks to build into a collection.
The host city. A simple skyline or landmark from the city hosting this year's conference makes each edition feel distinct.
The conference theme. If the event has a one- or two-word theme, set it in bold lettering beneath the logo.
The venue. A photograph of the conference centre, a historic hall or a stadium suite can make a handsome design for the organising team.
Role words. Speaker, Chair, Crew or VIP under a shared logo, so every pair looks part of one family while telling the wearer what part they played.
How group ordering works
- 1
Gather branding and the guest list
Collect the conference logo, the year and any strapline from your marketing team, then work out how many speakers, chairs, VIPs and crew need a pair. That tells you how many designs to prepare and how many pairs to buy.
- 2
Preview each design on both cufflinks
Upload every version, such as Speaker, Chair and Crew, and check it in the live preview. Drag and zoom so the logo sits centrally and the role word is readable, with space around the edges.
- 3
Build one mixed basket
Add pairs of each design in the quantities you need. The basket totals pairs across all designs, so eight speaker pairs and twelve crew pairs make twenty pairs, all charged at £15 each.
- 4
Check out and pack by role
Complete the order through our secure checkout with one £5 shipping charge. When the gift boxes arrive, sort them by role into speaker packs, VIP bags and crew envelopes, ready for the registration desk.
Artwork tips
Conference branding is usually designed for screens, banners and lanyards, so it often needs a little adjustment before it works on a small square cufflink.
- Ask for the original logo file. Your design agency or marketing team should have a vector version or a large PNG. We print from the full-resolution original you upload, so a crisp source gives a crisp result.
- Use the square version. Many event identities have a stacked or icon version. That suits a square far better than a long horizontal banner logo.
- Cut the text back. The event name and the year are usually enough. Leave the strapline, website address and hashtag for the programme.
- Watch the colours. Pale grey text on white, or dark blue on black, can fade into the background at small sizes. Choose strong contrast.
- One file per role. If you want Speaker, Chair and Crew versions, export each as a separate square image from the same template so they match.
Check every version in the live preview and zoom until the design fills the square.
Rights: you must own the event branding and any sponsor or venue marks, or have permission to use them. If a design is something we can't print lawfully, we may decline it.
FAQs
Can we have one design for speakers and another for crew in the same order?
Yes. Upload each design separately and add the pairs you need of each to one basket. Pairs are counted across all designs, so eight speaker pairs plus twelve crew pairs make twenty pairs, all at £15 each, with one £5 shipping charge: £305 in total.
What would forty pairs cost for our VIP delegates?
Forty pairs at £15 each come to £600, plus the single £5 shipping charge, making £605. The price per pair does not change at higher quantities, so sixty pairs would be £905 and a hundred pairs £1,505. There are no hidden tiers or extra fees for bigger events.
Are these suitable for a product launch rather than a conference?
Very much so. Many launches use a photograph of the product or the launch artwork as the design, then give pairs to the press, partners and first customers who attended. As long as you own the product imagery or have permission to use it, it can go on the cuffs.
Can we put the host city or venue on the cufflinks?
Yes. A simple skyline, a landmark or a photograph of the venue can make each year's conference feel distinct, which is especially popular with annual events. Choose a clear image with a strong outline, crop it to a square, and check the result on both cufflinks in the live preview.
Can each speaker have their own name on a pair?
Yes. Create a separate design for each speaker, perhaps the conference logo with their name underneath, and add each to the same basket. Both cufflinks in a pair carry the same image, so every named design is its own pair. Once the basket reaches five pairs, all of them are £15.
How are the cufflinks packaged?
Each pair comes in its own gift box, so they can go straight into speaker packs, VIP welcome bags or crew envelopes. It helps to label the underside of each box with the role or name, which makes packing on the day of registration much quicker for the events team.
We only need three pairs for our keynote speakers. What does that cost?
Three pairs are £40 each, with shipping included, so £120 in total. If you add two more pairs, for example for the host and the event director, you reach five pairs, and the whole order becomes £15 a pair plus £5 shipping, which is £80.
Can we order again for next year's conference?
Of course. Many annual events like to keep the same layout and change only the year or the host city, so returning speakers and delegates build up a set over time. Simply upload the updated design next year and order in the same way, at the same £15 a pair from 5 pairs.
