Corporate Gift Cufflinks

The business gift people actually keep

Corporate gift cufflinks give your business a present that leaves the office with the people who receive it. Upload your logo, a photograph of your building, your founding year or any design that says something about who you are, then check it on both cufflinks in the live preview. From 5 pairs, every pair is £15 with one £5 shipping charge per order, and you can mix as many designs as you like in the same basket. Each pair is printed in Cornwall from your full-resolution file, given a polished silver-coloured finish and sent gift boxed, ready for staff, clients or a company celebration.

Every pair is £15 once the basket reaches five pairs, plus one £5 shipping charge. One to four pairs are £40 each with shipping included.

5 = £8010 = £15520 = £30550 = £755

One flat price from five pairs

Every pair costs £15 once your basket holds five or more, whether you order five or five hundred, with a single £5 shipping charge per order.

Mix designs in one basket

Put your logo on some pairs, a recipient's name on others and an anniversary design on the rest. The basket counts every pair towards the price.

See it before you buy

The live preview shows your artwork on both cufflinks. Drag and zoom until the design sits exactly where your brand team would want it.

Ready to hand over

Each pair arrives in its own gift box, so there is no wrapping session in the post room before the presentation or the Christmas party.

Use cases

Company anniversaries

Twenty-five years of trading, or a hundred? A commemorative design pairing your logo with the anniversary year gives every guest at the celebration dinner a keepsake that lasts far longer than the balloons and the cake.

Team thank-yous

When a department has carried the business through a busy season, a boxed pair on each desk says thank you more memorably than an email from the managing director. Add each person's initials if you want it to feel individual.

Gifts for clients

For clients who still dress formally for meetings, a pair carrying your mark, or a design celebrating the work you did together, stands out from the usual December parade of wine, chocolates and calendars.

New partners and directors

Making partner or joining the board is a moment people remember for the rest of their careers. A pair printed with the firm's crest, handed over on the day of the announcement, marks the step up with quiet ceremony.

Awards and recognition

Salesperson of the year, apprentice of the year, the site with the best safety record: cufflinks make a smart prize that fits in a jacket pocket and will still be worn long after the certificate has faded.

Trustees and board members

Non-executive directors, trustees and advisers rarely receive anything beyond a thank-you letter. A pair carrying the organisation's logo recognises their time and judgement in a way that feels considered rather than routine.

Why cufflinks work as a business gift

Most corporate gifts are designed to be used up or forgotten. The hamper is empty by January, the branded notebook ends up holding someone's shopping list, and the golf umbrella goes missing on the first wet Monday. Cufflinks belong to a different category altogether. They are small, personal and made to be worn on the occasions people care about, from job interviews to family weddings. A pair carrying your company's mark goes into a dresser drawer rather than the recycling bin, and it comes out again every time a double-cuffed shirt does.

There is also the question of tone. A good business gift should feel generous without looking extravagant, and personal without being intrusive. Corporate gift cufflinks strike that balance neatly: the design speaks for your organisation, the gift itself is for the individual, and the box turns the moment of giving into a small occasion. They are also light and compact, which matters more than you might expect when forty gifts have to be carried into a hotel ballroom or posted to a client in Edinburgh.

What you can put on them

Your logo is the obvious starting point, but it is far from the only option. Because we print whatever image you upload, a business can be as formal or as playful as its culture allows.

  • The logo or crest, on its own, in your brand colours.
  • The founding year, set in your house typeface, perhaps with "Est." in front of it.
  • Your building: the head office, the original workshop, or the first shop on the high street.
  • A product, photographed cleanly on a plain background: a bottle, a tool, a boat or a component your engineers are proud of.
  • A name or initials, so each recipient's pair is unmistakably theirs.
  • An illustration commissioned for the occasion, or a colleague's sketch of the office dog.

Each pair carries one image, printed identically on both cufflinks. If you want a logo on one design and a name on another, those are simply two designs, and both count towards your total.

How the pricing works for businesses

Pricing is deliberately simple, because finance teams have enough to reconcile already.

  • 1 to 4 pairs: £40 per pair, with shipping included.
  • 5 pairs or more: every pair drops to £15, plus one £5 shipping charge for the whole order.

There are no further tiers and nothing to request in advance; the figure in the basket is the figure you pay. Some worked examples:

| Pairs in the order | Pairs at £15 | Shipping | Total | |---|---|---|---| | 5 | £75 | £5 | £80 | | 10 | £150 | £5 | £155 | | 20 | £300 | £5 | £305 | | 50 | £750 | £5 | £755 |

One quirk is worth noticing. Four pairs at £40 each come to £160, while five pairs cost £80 in total. If you set out to buy four, adding a fifth for a spare, or for the colleague you nearly forgot, halves the bill.

Planning gifts across the business year

Many companies find it easier to treat cufflinks as a year-round programme than as a one-off purchase. A typical calendar might run like this:

  • January: a thank-you for the team that closed the year strongly.
  • Spring: gifts for new partners, directors or senior hires as promotions are announced.
  • Summer: a commemorative design for the company anniversary or the summer party.
  • Autumn: awards-night prizes and long service presentations.
  • December: Christmas gifts for staff and key clients.

Because every order of five or more pairs is priced the same way, you can order as each moment arrives rather than stockpiling. Some offices keep a handful of logo pairs in a drawer for the occasions nobody planned: the colleague who stepped in at short notice, the supplier who went beyond the brief, the visiting speaker who refused a fee.

Mixing designs in one order

The basket counts pairs across every design, so a single order can serve several purposes at once. Picture a firm of forty people preparing for its annual dinner. It might order:

  • 30 pairs with the everyday logo, one for each member of staff;
  • 6 pairs showing the logo with "10 Years", for long service awards;
  • 4 pairs for the guests of honour, each with that guest's initials.

That is 40 pairs at £15, or £600, plus the single £5 shipping charge: £605 in total. Each design is uploaded and previewed on its own, then added to the basket in the quantity required. The same logic works at the smallest scale, too. A five-person team can order five pairs with five different names and still pay £15 for each.

Presentation and handing them over

Every pair arrives in its own gift box, which saves someone an afternoon with sticky tape. If you are presenting them at an event, small touches make a big difference: a handwritten card tucked inside the lid, a sentence in the speech explaining why the design was chosen, or a pause while the recipient opens the box in front of colleagues. For clients, a short note from the person who manages the relationship lands far better than a printed compliment slip.

Think, too, about how often the pairs will be worn. For a sales team that meets clients every week, a logo design becomes part of their professional kit. For a workforce that seldom wears a tie, a design with personal meaning, such as a name, a date or a photograph of the site they built, may be treasured more than pure branding. Nobody is obliged to choose one approach; plenty of businesses order both. A logo pair for everyday wear and a personal design for a milestone can happily live in the same drawer.

Explore our business pages

Corporate gift cufflinks cover every kind of business occasion, and we have written dedicated pages for the most common ones: staff gifts, client gifts, company logo designs and long service awards. Each explains how to plan that particular order in more detail. The pricing, the live preview and the Cornish workshop behind every pair are the same throughout, so whichever page you start from, the process will feel familiar.

How group ordering works

  1. 1

    Gather your artwork

Ask whoever holds your brand files for a high-resolution PNG of the logo, or a vector file exported to PNG. If some pairs will carry names, put the list into a spreadsheet before you start.

  2. 2

Build each design in the preview

Upload one image per design and check it on both cufflinks. Drag and zoom until it fills the square cleanly, then add that design to the basket with the number of pairs you need.

  3. 3

    Add every variation

Repeat for each name, department or version of the logo. Five different designs count in exactly the same way as five identical pairs, so the £15 price applies across the whole basket.

  4. 4

    Check out once

Pay through the secure checkout with one £5 shipping charge for the order. We print every pair in Cornwall from your original files and send them, gift boxed, to your UK address.

Artwork tips

Start with the master file. Logos copied from a website or an email signature are usually far too small. Ask your marketing team or designer for a high-resolution PNG, or export one from the vector original (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) at a generous size, ideally at least 1,000 pixels square.

Think square and small. The printed face is a compact square, so the icon or monogram version of your mark will usually work better than a long wordmark with a strapline underneath.

Push the contrast. A dark logo on a light background, or a white logo on a strong brand colour, reads clearly at a glance. Two pale tints side by side tend to merge.

Simplify fine detail. Hairline strokes, tiny print, registered-trademark symbols and web addresses will not survive at this scale, so remove them before exporting.

Decide on the background. Choose the colour that should surround the logo and build it into the file, so the square looks finished rather than accidentally floating on white.

A note on rights. Please upload only a logo your organisation owns or has permission to use. We may decline artwork that we can't print lawfully.

FAQs

How much do corporate gift cufflinks cost?

Up to four pairs cost £40 each with shipping included. Once your basket holds five or more pairs, every pair is £15 and a single £5 shipping charge applies to the order. That makes 5 pairs £80, 10 pairs £155, 20 pairs £305 and 50 pairs £755. The £15 price stays the same however large the order becomes.

Can we order several different designs in one go?

Yes. Upload and preview each design separately, then add it to the basket with the quantity you need. The basket counts pairs across all designs, so thirty logo pairs, six anniversary pairs and four named pairs are simply forty pairs at £15 each, with one £5 shipping charge for the order.

Can each cufflink in a pair show a different image?

No. Each pair carries one image, printed identically on both cufflinks, which gives a matched, balanced look on the cuffs. If you would like two designs, such as your logo and a recipient's initials, order them as two separate pairs. Both pairs count towards the five needed for the £15 price.

Is there a lower price for very large orders?

No, and that is deliberate. Every pair is £15 from five pairs upwards, with no further tiers to calculate and nothing to negotiate. A company ordering two hundred pairs pays the same per pair as a small office ordering five, and the total you see at checkout is the total you pay, plus the one £5 shipping charge.

Can we split the order between two office addresses?

Each order is delivered to the single UK address entered at checkout. If pairs need to reach separate sites, you can place a separate order for each address. Bear in mind that each order needs five or more pairs to qualify for the £15 price, and each has its own £5 shipping charge, so one delivery to head office is often simplest.

What file should we upload for our logo?

A high-resolution PNG works best. If your designer holds the logo as a vector file, such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF, ask them to save a large PNG copy, ideally 1,000 pixels square or more. We print from the full-resolution original you upload, so a clean, generous file gives the crispest result.

Our logo is long and thin. Will it work?

A wide wordmark will leave empty space above and below it on a square face, and the letters may become small. Most brands have a compact version, such as an icon, monogram or stacked lockup, and that usually reads better. Try both in the live preview and compare them before you decide which to add to the basket.

Are cufflinks a sensible gift if not everyone wears them?

Many people keep a pair for weddings, interviews, formal dinners and black-tie events even if they do not wear double cuffs every day. A gift-boxed pair with a meaningful design also works as a keepsake of a milestone. If your team rarely dresses formally, a personal design, such as a name or date, often feels more special than the logo alone.
